Who You Are An Inside Sales Professional handles the first point of contact between our team and prospective home buyers and sellers. We are looking for a talented individual who possesses high levels of sales, communication and business development skills. Inside Sales Agents are responsible for prospecting new leads through a variety of methods and improving our lead conversion rate. This position demands a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships with clients. Inside Sales Professionals possess a growth-mindset, are organized, and strive to make their clients happy. If you are a self-starter this could be a great opportunity for you In this role, you will Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process. Qualify incoming leads for appointments with agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs. Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads. Follow-up with prospects after showings to rate client experience. Actively listen to prospective clients and offer empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers. Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
